1-  Data Entry

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Management /Hospital Management /Nursing or any related fields.
  • Not less than one year of experience.
  • NGOS experience.
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Good English and Arabic language verbal and written skills

2-  HR Senior Officer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scope of Work:
  1. All tasks and duties need to be coordinated with the team and regular reporting and updates to HR Coordinator
  2. To work in full coordination and cooperation with the HR Team at all times, including HR team in the field, and conduct regular field visits.
  3. To comply with & enhance the team work spirit in the department and the organization.
  4. Follow up on the attendance reports and report any problems or non-compliance of working hours to HR Coordinator.
  5. To provide IMC staff with trainings and training refreshers as needed (SG, PSEA, CoC, …etc.) and to follow up with the HR recruiter that all mandatory trainings are completed and on file.
  6. Review employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, and required invoices of local staff to be renewed on time and as per IMC policies and procedures in line with the local laws and regulations.
  7. To monitor the Cost point system and be responsible of the regular updates of all employees’ information as per HQ requirements.
  8. Proper follow up with the database assistant the CP s and providing reports as needed.
  9. Do all related filing on time and according to the proper filing system.
  10. To make sure annual performances are done on time, approved by department heads and properly filed.
  11. Communicate general reminders to staff about contract renewals, time sheets and any other updates.  
  12. Work closely with HR Coordinator in providing an accurate and timely monthly payroll in cooperation with the Finance team as required.
  13. Support in IMC monthly timesheets and leave balance requests.
  14. Provide monthly reports on the staff turnover rate, ratio of Male & female in each department and age range of IMC staff.
  15. In coordination with HR head, prepare summary of performance evaluations, leading to proper review for approval by the senior management team if action plan is required or promotion is recommended for the staff member, and to follow up with supervisors if the evaluation requires revision.
  16. To provide the HR coordinator with reports of exit interviews concerns and feedback to be shared with SMT on monthly basis.
  17. Responsible of staff separation process and making sure it is completed properly and follow up on any uncompleted process.
  18. Ensuring that all HR activities are carried-out in compliance with International Medical Corps internal policies and the local laws.
  19. Act as the focal point between of health insurance with the staff and the Health insurance company.
  20. Being backup person during the absence of any HR department member.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Administration, Social Sciences or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, NGO/INGO background is preferable
  • Good knowledge in Jordanian Labor Law

3-  Case Manager (Child Protection)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apply guiding principles in working with children, being guided by the best interest of the child in all actions at all times.
  • Familiarity with child development and children’s wellbeing
  • Communicate and work effectively and appropriately with children of various ages and their families, including those who have experienced very difficult situations
  • Assess risks, needs and strengths and develop the appropriate response in consultation with the child and/or his caregiver(s)
  • Collaborate with clients to plan, implement, monitor, and amend individualized services that promote clients’ strengths, advance clients’ wellbeing, and help clients achieve their goals. Plans shall be based on meaningful assessments and shall have specific attainable, measurable objectives.
  • Work with children, families and carers to implement the actions determined through planning to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of the child. This includes directly guiding, encouraging and supporting the child and family while monitoring impacts and outcomes
  • Conduct safety planning with clients, working in collaboration with the client’s family (if/when appropriate) and other agencies to manage the identified risks
  • Be the contact point for needs assessment and follow up
  • Provide and coordinate services and follow-up of service provision
  • Lead or participate in case conferences and family meetings with other professionals
  • Document all case management activities in the appropriate client record in a timely manner, using the CPIMS+ as a database and case management tool
  • Advocate for the rights, decisions, strengths, and needs of children and families and promote their access to resources, supports, and services
  • Promote collaboration among colleagues and organizations to enhance service delivery and facilitate client goal attainment.
  • Provide and facilitate access of the client to culturally sensitive and competent services
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided
  • Ensure involvement of local authorities, community leaders, and community groups in creating community based protection mechanisms
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management staff as required; contribute to donor reports and internal IMC reports as required

4-  Cleaner (FEMALE ONLY)

Scope of work: 
  • Adheres to the IMC code of conduct.
  • Keeps the Maternity, ANC/PNC Wards spaces clean, hygienic and organized.
  • Transport, remove and dispose of soiled linen, trash and bio-medical waste appropriately. Remove empty boxes and place in appropriate designated areas.
  • Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers. Cleans toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs, walls, furniture, fixtures, doors, stairways, halls and other related interior furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies and procedures.
  • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation where applicable.
  • Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via his/her supervisor.
  • Operate according to the planned schedule.
  • Keeps equipment and material under his/her responsibility safe and organized.
  • Cleans toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs, walls, furniture, fixtures, doors, stairways, halls and other related interior furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies and procedures.
  • Inform management of occurring deficiencies, problems or needs for repairs.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • For the cleaners going to the guesthouses they are not responsible for washing and ironing the clothes.
  • The cleaners are responsible for changing bed sheets and bed and Pellow covers every day, after each patient discharge.
Undertake other duties that may be determined by his/her Supervisor and maintain flexibility in response in an emergency setting.



5-  Mental Health Psychologist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assistance to support clients and their families with mental health and psychosocial issues.
  • Remain up to date on evidence-based psychological interventions and advances in the field of psychology.
  • Remain up to date with professional development opportunities.
  • Support other psychologists as part of a peer supervision model.
  • Assist the case management teams in improving forms, care plans and mapping of community support services.
  • Take on team coaching and mentoring of team members.
  • Organize the development of initial care plan with focus on any immediate safety concerns.
  • Participate in case conferences, supervision and training opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver trainings for staff on topics relevant to psychological practice and case management.
  • Develop care plans that are individualized and mutually developed with the client.
  • Monitor on-going care plan development with special attention to safety issues.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise staff on carrying out risk assessments and the development of safety plans.
  • Coordinate the provision of case management and psychosocial services to patients, families, and significant others to enable these parties to deal with the impact of illness on individual family functioning and to achieve maximum benefits from healthcare services.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided.
  • Offer direct therapeutic support for clients referred.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Master degree in psychology, holding a license to practice psychology in Jordan (essential)
  • Experience with an NGO (preferred)
  • 1+ years’ experience in mental health preferred




6-  Lab Technician (Temporary position)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work:
  • Performs a variety of technical laboratory duties.  Performs routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies. Provide laboratory services according to national/MOH and WHO standards.
  • To undertake professional duties under direction of the line manager;
  • To support the clinical management of the patients in RCRC Hospital and IMC clinics in the camp when required and as per as requested by attending physicians;
  • To take, register, process and analyze blood and body fluids samples as per requested and in line with the policy of the Hospital management;
  • Refer samples to external laboratory to be analyzed as per the agreed upon by the line manager and Hospital management (clinical samples, Quality Control/reference laboratory, etc.)
  • Keep regular stock of blood units/packed red cells in the hospital blood bank; on request organize the procurement of blood units according to the needs;
  • To plan and set-up the laboratory according to health standards as required by the supervisor/line manager and rules and regulations. This includes:
  • Maintenance of laboratory stock and accurate record keeping of laboratory activities;
  • Maintenance of proper storage conditions laboratory material and equipment;
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment;
  • Follow hospital standards for the laboratory service
  • To inform immediately clinical staff and line or Hospital Manager of any critical delay or breakdown in essential laboratory services
  • To provide regular and timely reports; to be agreed upon with the line manager;
  • To train clinical and other hospital staff in his/her capacity and attend in-service training as per agreed upon with the line manager;
  • To work according to the Ministry of Health / WHO and hospital guidelines, including quality assurance;
  • Share and develop technical skills with the colleagues as part of a mutual capacity building objective;
  • Perform other duties assigned/requested by the line manager and Hospital Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Laboratory Technician Diploma/ Bachelor.  
  • Not less than two years of experience
  • NGOS experience preferable.



7-  Case Manager (Child Protection)

8-  Child Protection Outreach Officer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster Care and Mentorship Component
  • Lead in the identification and assessment of potential foster and mentor families in the camp, and complete comprehensive and high level documentation of the assessments
  • When requested, support in the identification, assessment and documentation of potential foster and mentor families in urban areas, in support of IMC’s extensive child protection case management services in urban areas
  • Oversee and manage the list of agreed upon foster and mentor families, through regular communication, visits and engagement with the families, in order to identify any changes in circumstances or support needed
  • Lead in the training and capacity building of the agreed upon foster and mentor families
  • Provide a high level of support to families hosting a child either through foster care of mentorship
  • Closely coordinate with IMC’s child protection case management team to ensure that individual children’s needs are being met through supportive and safe alternative care arrangements
  • As appropriate, be an active participant in the implementation of individual children’s care plans, for children placed in alternative care
Child Protection Outreach Component
  • Directly supervise a team of  Syrian Child Protection Outreach Volunteers in Za’atari camp, whose responsibilities include engaging with the community on child protection issues and alternative care needs for unaccompanied and separated children, and children at risk
  • Develop work plans for the Child Protection Outreach Volunteers, to ensure a coordinated and evidence based approach to the awareness and engagement with the community taking place
  • Coordinate with other NGO’s, agencies and officials in Za’atari camp, to ensure IMC’s awareness on child protection issues takes place in collaboration with other actors in the camp
  • Ensure ongoing capacity building for the Child Protection Outreach Volunteers to develop their knowledge on key child protection issues, and skills in identification of children facing child protection risks in the community
  • Develop clear pathways for appropriate referral of children identified by Child Protection Outreach Volunteers to IMC’s child protection case management team
Minimum Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, counseling, social science or related field is mandatory
  • Child protection experience is mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Experience in working with children
