Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provides management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Requirements :
Have 5 years of experience in the same field.

Lead contract negotiations and process.
Excellent strong skills in both written and verbal communication skills.
