1-Sales Representative
Catania Solutions is looking for Sales Representative to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets through new customers and building long-term client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses or as required by the direct manager.
- Recommend changes in products & services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports.
- Working through CRM or any used portal by the company to update your daily activities.
- Generate leads through social media, social gatherings, cold calls, warm calls & online/offline market research.
- Follow up on existing accounts, prospect leads and deals.
- Preserve the brand and company image by following the rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Have 2 years of experience.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative in software’s.
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication skills.

2- Oracle Forms and Reports Developer
Catania Solutions looking for an Oracle Forms and Reports Developer with good analyst skills to support multiple reporting projects. The candidate is a resource that can work with business team to get requirements, design and develop complex data transformations to support reporting work from reporting tool.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement, standard and custom processes in Oracle application.
- Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on requirements.
- Work with other developers and business users to provide complete solutions.
- Write programs using various languages and tools including, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Forms Personalization.
- Ongoing performance tuning on SQL, PL/SQL programs.
- Work on ERP system.
- Ensures software issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitors outstanding service requests, patch applications and associated testing.
- Developing queries, procedures, and reports for enterprise Oracle environment.
- Development of forms and reports (Forms and reports development for the whole application and register).
- Creation of SQL packages, functions, and procedure etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, any related field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Related training certificate in Oracle Forms & Reports is a plus.
- Familiarity with Database technologies such as Oracle server, My SQL, Oracle DBA.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
