An international company specialized in publishing and distributing educational materials is looking to hire the following candidates: Office Admin Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Handle all customers’ inquiries and issues by phone and by email. • Promote and upsell appropriate products to each customer. • Process all administrative tasks assigned to you. Qualifications: • BSc in marketing, Sales or in any related field. • Excellent command of both Arabic & English languages, written and spoken • Verbal and written communication skills • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills • 2-7 years of experience.
