Job Position ERP Support Technician Job Summary • Implement and administer ERP system and MS SQL Server database. • Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. • Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable. • Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. • Supporting and training users for ERP system and applications usage. • Developing, managing and testing backup and recovery plans. • Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports. Location (SAHAB - KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE) Education • BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience • 1-3 years of experience in the same filed. Languages Strong English skills,( speaking, reading, writing) Competencies Competencies • General IT technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support). • Knowledge of MS SQL server administration, preferably an MCSA. • Knowledge of Java programing language (SE + EE) • Knowledge of virtualized application server environments. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Organizational and time management skills • Team work. • Ability to work independently. • Understanding of Windows networking concepts. • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Ability to write standard documentation. -If you are interested Please send your resume and mention the position in the subject field to:
