1- Quality & Accountability Officer "Internals Only"

Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate holds a College/diploma degree or equivalent. Have a very good experience with Managing staff, detail-oriented, in addition to good reporting skills. 
We are particularly looking for a positive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build trust and confidently navigate both internally and externally at different levels, to have the ability to analyze data and trends for informed decisions and Capacity building skills, and able to handle the high workload with minimum supervision.
In this position, you will join highly motivated and expert staff who are making a difference to the most vulnerable people in the world's biggest displacement crisis.

Role Specific Information
The Quality & Accountability tam in Irbid will be managed by an officer, reporting to the Accountability team leader within the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit. The call center Officer’s role is to oversee and manage the call center and its staff. He/she will act as a liaison between the call center and Core Competencies (CCs), ensuring timely delivery of accurate responses to beneficiaries’ inquiries, as well as referral of cases to relevant program staff for more in-depth service provision. Furthermore, the officer tracks call trends and provide regular analysis of received inquiries to programs, to ensure the most accurate and relevant responses are available to beneficiaries.

Specific responsibilities :
1. Line manage a small team of Technical Accountability Assistants in Irbid call center and ensure timely, accurate response to contacts Support the recruitment of additional staff where needed. 
2. Manage data analysis and information presentation related to contacts to the call center and produce quarterly reports.
3. Run weekly quality checks for incoming and outgoing calls to call center to address any gaps.
4. Support program staff in identifying and addressing issues related to program FAQs.
5. Follow up with CCs to ensure program FAQs are relevant and up-to-date.
6. Twice every month, receive beneficiaries who would like to submit complaints at the Drop-in Centres in Irbid and Jarash according to available SOPs and guidelines and assist beneficiaries who would like to submit a complaint via complaint box if they ask for assistance in formulating/writing their complaint or using the form and follow up on own case.
7. Provide occasional support to M&E data collection exercises.
8. On a needs basis, provide assistance to line manager in reviewing complaints registered on the database. 

Generic responsibilities:
1. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
2. Implement delegated support function portfolio according to the plan of action.
3. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
4. Ensure proper filing of documents.
5. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function.
6. Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC. 

Additional Information:
Contract period: Through to 31 December 2019 (Renewal based on funding and performance)
Salary/benefits: 1024  JOD (subject to social security and Income tax)
Duty station: Irbid

2-  Youth Officer - Site - Za'atari Camp "Nationals Only"

Role Specific Information

Reposnbile for overall supervision in D 8 and 10 in zaatari. 
Generic responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
  • Implement delegated Core Competency project portfolio according to plan of action.
  • Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
  • Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
  • Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC. 
Specific responsibilities:
  • Supervise the performance and deliverance of Incentive Based Volunteers (IBVs) working on site related tasks. 
  • Identify site development needs and prepare site improvement plans accordingly.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that ensure safety and security measures.
  • Apply efficient resource management practices and plan required supplies through procurement planning. 
  • Process salary payments for daily workers and IBVs. 
  • Maintain consistent follow-up over inventory records in comparison with actual stored items.
  • Ensure that all administrative procedure and relevant paper work pertaining to site are followed and submitted with other relevant NRC support departments. 
  • Follow-up on the technical progress of the program and customize site tangible features to accommodate better quality of program deliverance to beneficiaries. 
Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a university graduate with a minimum of two years previous experience in relevant field.  Experience working in complex and volatile contexts. Experience from working within technical expertise area in a humanitarian/ recovery context. Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities. Some knowledge of English. 
 We are particularly looking for a positive individual with strong communication skills, who can build trust and confidently navigate both internally and externally at different levels.

3- Education Officer - Za'atari Camp "Nationals Only"

Role Specific Information

The role of the Education Officer is to provide support to the implementation NRC Education Strategy in camps in Formal Schools. The Education Officer supports the Team Leader in organizing workshops and implementing NRC programme in Formal Schools, and when required oversees activities in NRC Learning Centre. The Education Officer supports the Team Leader in setting up Parents and Teachers Association and Student Councils along with mainstreaming NRC packages in Formal Schools namely: Better Learning Programme and Social Cohesion programme. The Education Officer will also support the design of new training packages. As assigned by the Team Leader the Education Officer will also implement NRC partnership with Formal Schools liaising with School personnel and following up the logistic aspects to implement workshops and capacity building trainings including data collection and supporting evidence based initiatives. 
Generic responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
  • Implement delegated Core Competency project portfolio according to plan of action.
  • Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents.

  • Meet the Parents and Teachers Associations and Students Councils

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a university graduate with a minimum of two years previous experience in relevant field.  Experience working in complex and volatile contexts. Experience in delivering training of trainers. Experience in designing training packages. Experience working with adolescent and students. Experience in Child Protection and PSS, and SEL. Knowledge of education programming and Ministry of Education. Experience working with INGO in humanitarian context. Some knowledge of English.
