We are at Fastrabbit looking for a Help Desk Technician, who should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have the ability to work with a team.
Requirements:
· +1 years of experience as a Help Desk
· Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or ticketing system
· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
· Respond to email messages for users seeking help
· Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· Install computer peripherals for users
· Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
· Redirect problems to correct resource
