The Noor Al Hussein Foundation is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the position of “ Monitoring and Evaluation Officer” to design, develop, and implement an office-wide M&E system and project-level M&E plans to measure the performance and impact of an educational project.
Minimum requirement: BA in business administration, public administration, data management or development studies, (3-6) years of experience in M&E preferably with NGOs (knowledge of M&E methodologies quantitative and qualitative data analysis, designing, developing and implementing M&E systems, M&E plans, and data management tools, collect and analyze data) , advanced computer skills, English proficiency (written /verbal) is a must.
