1- Interior Site Engineer
“RETAILBIG” is looking for a Interior Site Engineer with the following requirements:
-Take full leadership over the construction site by following up from tender point throughout submission of drawings, taking necessary authorities approval, contracting, execution up till delivery and after delivery activities (snags and maintenance).
-Produce and study detailed drawings, specifications, BOQ, As-built drawings and tender documents.
-Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP, interior and civil constriction.
-Take site survey and Estimate the resource requirements in line with the target projects.
-Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project and specifying the nature and quality of materials.
-Raise requisition for timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with target project.
-Conduct regular meetings with site stockholders, suppliers and contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program. -Inspect and monitor health and safety Hazards on site.
-Undertake maximum presence on construction site for full time site inspections and supervision.
-Obtain and control periodical progress bills from sub-contractors and certify the quantity of work done.
-Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.
-The ideal candidate have a 2-4 years of experience working in interior finishing construction.
-Has a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field.
-Have a great eye on details, hard worker and able to work for long hours. -Well organized and accept working under pressure.
-Collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic.
-Must own a car with a valid driving license.
2- GRAPHIC DESIGNER
“RETAILBIG” is looking for a Graphic Designer with the following requirements:
-Ability to build branding guidelines and standards that meet measurable business goals and requirements
-Ability to build branding guidelines and standards that meet measurable business goals and requirements
-Self-starter who is a customer focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player. Willingness to do whatever is necessary to deliver results; owner mentality.
-Conceptualize and execute day to day graphic design support across various campaigns, events, social media, advertising, branded content, sales and any other designs needed.
-Ability to work within multiple teams and accept feedback.
-Brainstorm mock up ideas and design solutions
-Proficient with Adobe creative suit.
-The ideal candidate have a min of 2 years of experience working in Graphic Design & Social media.
-Has a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or any related field.
-Must have a strong passion for design and an understanding of how design influences consumers.
-Can collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic.
-Organized and accept working under pressure.
-Maintain an organized library of source files and assets

3- 3D VISUALIZER
“RETAILBIG” is looking for a 3D Visualizer with the following requirements:
-Must have a relevant experience in Interior designing
-Proven experience using AutoCAD, 3D Max and V-Ray.
-Experience in Lumion is a plus.
-The ideal candidate have a 2-4 years of experience working 3D sketching.
-Has a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field.
-Must have a strong passion for design and an understanding of how design influences consumers.
-Able to read hand sketching and technical drawing.
-Can collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic.
-Organized and accept working under pressure.
