Salalem is looking for Instructional Designers for courses in French language.
An instructional designer is a person working to transfer knowledge into learning material. In our case, mostly video-based tutorials.
If you are good at breaking down complex concepts into small easy examples and briefs. If you like explaining ideas to other people. If you have a passion for learning and getting others to learn. If you like to be in the learning space. Then Instructional Design might be the right thing for you.
What would you do?
- Design and developing engaging content for a wide variety of areas.
- Design assessment tools.
- Work with the Learning System to integrate the designed learning materials.
- Perform Other Duties as required to enhance the success of the team and company goals.
What is typically your background?
- B.S. Degree (Preferably in finance and business fields, but all fields are welcome to apply)
- Good French writing and reading skills.
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Willingness to learn and quickly apply new learning.
- High attention to details.
- Can communicate in Arabic or in English.
- Able to adjust to changes in priorities and project scope.
