Industrial Chocolate Chef
R&D / Production
Responsibility:
1- Knowledge of chocolate production techniques e.g. Tempering, Molding, decorating etc..
2- Deep knowledge in the characteristics of the frequently used ingredients
3- Experience in working with production lines, chocolate processing
4- Creativity in developing new products
5- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
6- Define, implement and optimize manufacturing schedules and resource shift patterns on a cost-effective basis
7- Leadership, sense of organization, good experience in project and team management
