Finance Clerk Volunteer

Job Purpose

The Clerk is a key member of the finance team at Capital Level.

S/he is responsible of digital & physical archiving, from the time of receiving the folders from the controllers, through the scanning, until be in the archiving room

Objectives 

Ensure the scanned & archived vouchers is in line with ACTED digitalized and physical archiving policy

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Scanning

1. Insure all vouchers are correctly numbered and dated as per SAGA and stamped PAID
2. Scan the vouchers with the supporting documents at capital level
3. Naming the scanned vouchers as per ACTED policy
4. Insure that all vouchers are scanned as per SAGA records

2.Archiving Management

1. Move the physical folders in the archiving room
2. Insure the archiving as per ACTED policy and based on SAGA records

3.Compliance

1. Assist in providing compliance’ the requested samples
2. Assist in follow up on compliance’ comments

Skills & Experience

• Organizational Skills

Key Performance Indicators

• Completeness of scanned vouchers on a monthly basis
• Correctness of the named scanned vouchers
• Easy and quick access to folders
