Social Media Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement social media growth strategy.
– Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (third-parties, local platforms, social media, TV channels, etc.) to identify areas for growth.
– Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research.
– Planning and executing campaigns across all Company brands on Social Media platforms
– Evaluating and selecting the right platform with the campaign objectives in mind
– Assisting the marketing teams to ensure all creative assets are created with the objectives and customer in mind
– Monitoring and evaluating campaigns to ensure KPIs are met; must work closely with the brand teams to make any required changes
– Reporting on all KPIs; summarizing the key outputs and recommendations for future campaigns
Qualifications:
-1 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media field.
-Strong background in social media channels growth, management, and paid ads.
-Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress, self-motivated, results-oriented.
-Fluent in English and Arabic.
Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Overall creation of cohesive design reflecting our brand guidelines
Conceptualize, visualize and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and communication related items across e-commerce channels & digital marketing platform e.g. banner ads and web-based creatives
Work in line with Company and business unit marketing goals
Website page design and updates
Designing promotional material
Create visuals for marketing campaigns
Understand creative directions and communication objectives according to seasonal marketing requirements and transform them into creative design
Providing support across teams on all requirements pertaining to graphic designing
Requirements:
Experience in design, (social media) marketing
Fluent English and Arabic.
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design softwares. Especially with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentation
2+ years in professional commercial design
Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Be able to produce original ideas.
