A Fit-out Construction Company is Seeking the following Positions:
• Estimation Engineer: Civil/Arch Engineer, with at least (3) years of professional estimation Experience with reputable Contractor, Knowledge & practice of software based estimation (RAI or Candy CCS), knowledge of proper resource breakdown & local productivity rates is preferred.
• Quantity Surveyor: Professional Civil/Arch QS with at least (3) years of Tendering & post-contract experience with a reputable Contractor. Electromechanical Knowledge is preferred.
• Technical Office Engineer: Architect or Civil Engineer, with at least (3) years of Experience in Preparation of shop drawings (including Electro-mechanical coordination), preparation of materials submittals and other technical Submittals.
• Site Engineer (Fit-out): Architect or Civil Engineer, with at least (3) years of professional Site Experience with reputable Contractor in Interior Finishes & Fit-out works.
