Attend conference, meetings, and industry events to increase visibility in market and learn about upcoming opportunity
Manage the company sales pipeline reporting system

Operations Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Experience & Key Accountability:
At least 5 years experience in such position.
Manage and coordinate catering operations to assure quality services.
Manage the team of catering staff for successful execution of catering events.
Planning and developing menus to increase the sales.
Running business in line with health and safety and food hygiene.
Organizing staff rotes
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived.
Perform staff management, expense control, menu selection, food preparation and equipment to ensure profitable event.
Explore business opportunities to obtain new orders.
Develop positive working relations with existing customers for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor / Diploma in food industry, Hotel Management, or any other related field from a reputable University.
Excellent communication skills ( Speaking, writing and reading )
Excellent business management skills.
Strong personality and excellent Leadership skills.
Customer services skills.
Ability to accept criticism and work under pressure.
High HACCP knowledge.
