Basic requirements :
Bachelor's degree in BIS, MIS, or similar.
• Previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Great organizational and time-management skills.
• Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs, and pricing plans)
• Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
• Promoting new products/services to current customers
• Providing support to customers
