R&D Technician - Sahab
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation, execution and documentation of development/submission product batches in a variety of dosage forms with standard operation procedures, to support the company’s strategy.
- Perform the disassembly, assembly, cleaning, and operation of different development equipment.
- Prepare equipment and components for operations (Calibrate equipment necessary for different work
- Clean, prepare and assemble equipment for processing operations).
- Maintain/clean working areas.
- Verifies and documents production activities in batch records, logbooks, etc.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational problems in order to identify appropriate corrective actions.
- Weigh and transfer materials using calibrated scales and balances;
- Use various types of equipment to mix/combine materials for use in production;
- Execute manufacturing or manufacturing-support processes according to standard operating
- Procedures and current curriculum.
- Verify and enter production parameters per SOP and Batch Records.
- Accurately complete documentation in batch records, logbooks, forms and other cGMP documents
