تعلن قهوة ام خليل في عمان عن حاجتها الى الشواغر التالية :

1-Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

2- A commis chef is a junior member of the kitchen staff who assists senior chefs with food preparation and organization. Depending on the restaurant, commis chefs may be assigned to a particular station, or they may float between different stations, assisting wherever needed

3- A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the head chef Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

-International cuisine 3 years minimum experience.
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training any Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

4- A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training any Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

5-Head Chef 

Duties and Responsibilities of a Head Chef Once you become a restaurant’s head chef your duties will include: Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations. Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders. Creating new dishes and menus. Interviewing and hiring new staff. Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for your employer. Monitoring and controlling stock levels. Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed. Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen. Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget. Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster. - International cuisine 5 years minimum experience.
