· ROLE: Responsible for leading and managing efficiently and effectively the operational, clinical and support services of the assigned Amana Healthcare facility.
· QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of NLT 3 years study duration from an accredited program. MSc in Healthcare or Management or Administration.
· EXPERIENCE: NLT 10 years of post graduate experience with at least five years of relevant progressive experience in similar role, Senior Executive position.
· SKILLS: Possess an advanced level of ability in managing resource allocation and budget, work force planning, overseeing competency-based practice, DoH & SEHA regulatory policy and JCIA and other international accreditation bodies.
