Clinic Manager vacancy currently available for a top-of-the-line dermatology center in Amman- Jordan.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Clinic Manager to assist in oversee the day-to-day management of medical clinics and outpatient facilities. They liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinate patient care plans. Their duties include managing budgets and billing, appointing staff, and assigning tasks. They may work at doctors' offices or long-term care facilities.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance the laws
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
- Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
- Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
Marketing Side:
1- you must make it easy for customers to find out about your Clinic. Your website should include up-to-date information on clinic facilities
2- Identify the factors that shape your Clinic's appeal to customers. Monitor customer reviews on your own website sites to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your Clinic.
