Quality Manager Job Description: Top Duties and Qualifications
We are looking for highly diligent candidates with excellent attention to detail for the role of Quality Manager. Quality manager is responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production and procedures, examining products to determine their quality, and engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback, among other duties.
Responsibilities
Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications as well as health and safety.
Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards and meet international and national standards.
Define quality procedures in conjunction with staff
set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
Connect with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
Assess the effectiveness of changes made
Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors and make a developing quality control processes.
Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.
Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product. Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.


Quality Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering science.
Quality control certification advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic Languages.
