Main role:
A beauty advisor, is a cosmetic and skin care salesperson. The main job of a beauty advisor is to meet sales goals while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Duties:
1. Identify customers’ needs and sell cosmetics and skin products based on their preferences.
2. Demonstrate proper use of derma care products, Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
3. Build awareness on the allocated brands and SKUs in store directly with the customers, through customer education, sample distribution, and live demonstrations
4. Meeting the monthly sell out target
