1- Bachelor’s degree in information management or related
subject. A Minimum 15 years’ experience in document / information management including 5 years as department manager on large – scale projects.
 
· Technical knowledge of document & content management system & typical data management applications.
· Methodical & analytical approach to work, the ability to analyze & solve problems.
· Excellent English written & verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills.
·Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).

2- A Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from a UK/USA/AUS/EU accredited university, with a minimum 25 years’ experience of which at least ten years sent working in the GULF/Saudi Arabia leading major government and/or semi-government international programs and projects with a proven track record of delivering project excellence in direct project manager role. 

 
· Experience of direct oversight of the following functions: engineering, project controls contracts, procurement, health, safety, security & environment, risk management, quality assurance, & quality control. Experience gained on large projects.
· Record of engagement with a wide range of utility providers and wider commercial and public sector stakeholders.
· A proven track record of instituting continuous improvement and of supporting capacity building/talent development (preferably in KSA).
· Knowledge of Mashroat Processes & Procedures.
·Knowledge of transformation (automation processes).

3- Bachelor degree in business, Quantity surveying, Engineering, Construction management, Supply chain management or equivalent degree from an accredited university, with a Minimum 20 years’ overall experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large projects.
 
·Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of directing cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis, planning and scheduling, schedule development, control and analysis 
· Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup/setup work processes.
· Involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building/talent development.
·Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
