Retention & Aftersales Support Officer
Job Brief:
Responsible for providing customers with aftersales support including replying to customers’ inquiries, resolving customers’ issues and complaints, in addition to maintaining ongoing long-term relationship with customers. Also, responsible for analyzing customers’ behaviors, and developing retention plans based on customers’ feedback and market practices and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Basic Knowledge in a related field Oracle CRM System
License:
Driving License
Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Contract Type: Casual
Selected candidate will move to this role for 6 months initially.
Responsible for providing customers with aftersales support including replying to customers’ inquiries, resolving customers’ issues and complaints, in addition to maintaining ongoing long-term relationship with customers. Also, responsible for analyzing customers’ behaviors, and developing retention plans based on customers’ feedback and market practices and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide aftersales support through handling welcome calls, replying to customers’ inquiries, resolving customers complaints and issues, following up with the internal stakeholders, updating customers with the issue status, arranging for onsite visits (inside and outside Amman)
- Implement on-site services’ configuration as requested
- Provide the customers with service manuals and support channels details
- Enter call type coding, customer data, and tracking information accurately and ensure maintain an up-to-date database
- Maintain ongoing long-term relationship with customers and ensure maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Analyze customers’ behaviors, and develop retention plans based on customers’ feedback and market practices and needs
- Follow up on the implementation of the set retention plans
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Basic Knowledge in a related field Oracle CRM System
License:
Driving License
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Essential:
- Basic knowledge of various selling techniques (direct sales & telesales)
- Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
- Good negotiation skills
- Good command of computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of smart phones’ settings and applications
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Good knowledge of problem solving techniques
- Good tele-sales skills
- Graduate
- Does not have any active actions.
- Candidate should have completed at least 9 months in his/her current position.
Contract Type: Casual
