Fleet Supervisor
A leading company specialized in Transportation is looking for “Fleet Supervisor” with the below requirement:
Main duties:
Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly fleet requirements internally with all relevant departments and with clients.
Communicate with clients to ensure all transportation needs are met.
Ensure and implement a safety-first culture.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annually reports as needed
Responsible for receiving daily or weekly requests from clients and coordinate with the drivers as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a logistics, industrial engineering, or any relevant degree.
+2 years of experience in logistics or relevant industry.
Ability to develop strong, value-added partnerships.
Experience in Heavy Transport industry, preferably flatbeds, tippers, tankers,…
Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements.
Excellent communication skills and a high bar of accuracy and detail.
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
Must independently work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to perform multitasks and prioritize daily workload
Ability to join us immediately.
