Job Description
Organize and schedule meetings and events.
Manage internal and external communications, and answer queries about the clinic.
Supervise administration staff and delegate responsibilities.
Carry out clerical duties, set objectives and action plans and ensure their achievement.
Supervise insurance correspondences, including approvals and payments.
Develop strategies to optimize clinic workflow.
Address issues and concerns and resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Hiring new staff and supervise employees' performance and achievements.
Follow-up website and social media platforms content development and updates.
Develop and follow-up the clinical system.
Help in preparing teaching materials/ presentations for doctors.
Managing the daily expenses of the clinic.
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or any related fields.
+3 years’ experience in administration, healthcare facility or clinic is preferable.
Organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
Strong attention to details.
Competency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet, and computer-based healthcare administration systems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
Very good in English and Arabic writing.
Ability to learn, develop and work in a team.
