Looking for male Operation Manager with 10-15 years’ experience for a company which runs a chain of fast food restaurants in Khobar & Dammam / KSA

Operation Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:
Create and implement annual operating plan based on Board-determined strategic direction of company
Recruits, manages and oversees key personnel
Full P&L, budget, and day-to-day operational responsibility of company • Establishes company values and encourages good performance and rewards productivity
Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes • Develops and implements growth strategies
Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
Raises capital through to help foster growth or obtain sales goals
Provides mentoring to all employees, including management
Motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals
Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
Provides a system for employee salaries and benefits, and makes sure employees feel valued • Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
Maintain food quality, standards, hygiene and Customer satisfaction.
Monitor the performance of Government Relations Department to apply government rules as per labor office regulations and other government authorities as required.
To enhance purchase and logistic performance and general supervision to get the minimum cost of material with good quality as well as warehouse and branch inventory.
Responsible for CK activities.
Responsible for any extra activity that may be assigned by Company Management Board.
Enhance ethical and valued environment inside the company.
Daily administrative activities such as personnel requests, vacation, termination.
Represent the company with the government institute, partners and outsiders.
Enhance Marketing to promote company brand and increase the number of customers.
Prepare Annual, Quarter operational plans, Sales Target to be presented to Management Board.
Keep the company in legal shape as per Saudi Law in all activates with internally and externally.
KPI:
Net profit
Progress towards targets
Revenues and revenue growth rate
Expenses Revenue per employee
Employee engagement
Profit per customer
