Female Call Center
A leading company is looking to recruit Customer care Officer with the following qualifications:
- Diploma degree in IT, Business Admin, Medical or relevant fields
- 1 Year experience or fresh Graduate in call center or a customer care department.
- Able to do at least 250 calls per day to follow up with Customers.
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Presentable and able to communicate with clients
- Can work Under pressure
- Good convincing skills.
***Working Days: From Saturday – Thursday***
