Year of Experience: 5 Years
Bachelors B.S Business Administration.
The main purpose of the job is to strategically align the center in becoming a hub for the successful development of young adults and students in the community to acquire their own businesses and the successful deployment of students into the working world. The training manager is responsible for managing the center, its staff, and the students. Implement and ensure appropriate training models are in place that aligns with the centers vision and mission. Formulating strategic short and long-term business plans that would cultivate a continuous culture of learning within the center. A person with the necessary and vital ability, experience, qualities and skills to create, plan, implement, manage, monitor and update the necessary and vital training need of a business, company or organization easily and efficiently
