This modest operation has grown overthe years to become one of the leading trading and investment corporations in Palestine and the wider Middle East regions, and has been distinguished for its emphasis on ethical business practices and an appreciation for opportunity.Masrouji Group is seeking a highly quali%ed Sales Supervisor- Beauty Division in Jordan Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops a business plan and sales strategy forthe market that ensures attainment of companysales goals and pro%tability. - Responsible for the performance and developmentof the Sales team.- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as byteam for e+ective search of sales leads andprospects. - Manages recruiting, objectives setting, coachingand performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives based on criteria agreed upon bysenior management. - Initiates and coordinates development of actionplans to penetrate new markets and enhance thebrand image and awareness.- Monitor stock availability vs. plan and ensure thatit is in line with the forecast and evolving with theset limits of rolling forecast.- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. - Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customerrelationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs.
- Handling of product technical complaints andother market complains and communicating themto Deputy Manager and Quality Assurance.- Follows-up on the implementation of the brandstrategy. - Analyze the market trends and identifyopportunities to target.- Works together with the Marketing & Educationheads to forecast existing lines, novelties andpromotional items - Provides timely feedback to senior managementregarding performance. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures andbusiness ethics codes and ensures that they arecommunicated and implemented within the team- Present all needed reported.Required Qualifcations and Experience:
- B. Sc. degree in Business Management or relatedsciences
- A minimum of 5 years’ successful previousexperience in sales and marketing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, presentand in7uence credibly and e+ectively at all levelsof the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and peoplemanagement skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and Englishlanguage
