Job Overview:
The Secretary will be responsible for clerical duties and administrative support in order to optimize
workflow procedures in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Directs the visitors to relevant departments/staff members.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Responsible on drafting all official correspondence letters, sort and filing mails, fax, documents and deliveries.
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Proven skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel.
- Fluency in Arabic, English.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual, Ability to improvise and be flexible when needed working under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Experience: From 1 to 3 Years.
