Multivision (Apple & Epson) - is seeking to hire Technical support & repair staff (IT and Sales Technical Support)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. TECHNICAL REPAIR: Identify and resolve technical issues. Troubleshooting ,repairing, installing, and replacing copiers, printers, and projectors at customer site
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Providing excellent customer service to our customers. Prioritize and respond to incoming service calls. Keep open communication with customer to include communicating estimated problem resolution time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics engineering, IT or Computer science or any related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in the maintenance and repair of printers.
• Knowledge of Basic Networking and IP configuration.
• Computer and analytical skills.
• Ability to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills
• Proven knowledge in Microsoft application (Excel, word, outlook).
• Good command in English.
• Must have reliable vehicle.
• Must have valid driver license.
