يعلن  International Development Research Centre - IDRC في عمان - الاردن عن حاجته الى :


1-  Regional Communications Advisor

IDRC’s new Regional Office in Amman will work in partnership with stakeholders in the region on programs related to advances in information and communication technologies, peacebuilding, urban agriculture, trade, health, and biodiversity.

Working closely with researchers and research institutions, this new regional office will help identify solutions for local development challenges that can be incorporated into usable policies.  It is within this context that IDRC is currently seeking an experienced leader as its next Regional Director, Middle-East and North Africa.

IDRC is looking for a professional with a Jordanian citizenship or legally entitle to work in Jordan to join its new Regional Office for the Middle-East and North Africa located in AMMAN, JORDAN.

Regional Communications Advisor

In addition to having sound judgment, initiative and interpersonal skills, here is a summary of the basic requirements for the position:
  • University degree in relevant field
  • 7 year’s relevant experience in communications including 5 years in media relations:
  • developing and implementing multi-faceted communications and media strategies and approaches;
  • identifying and executing proactive outreach and engagement opportunities for targeted audiences;
  • making strategic recommendations how to best address emerging news, trends and issues;
  • managing corporate level communications projects; and
  • writing and editing communications products for print, on the web, public presentations, speeches, etc.
  • Advanced language skills in English and Arabic, with sound knowledge of French

  • Executive /Administrative Assistants

In addition to having sound judgment, initiative and interpersonal skills, here is a summary of the basic requirements for the position:
  • College Diploma
  •  3-5 year’s relevant experience in administrative support including  
  • Managing agendas, prioritizing and responding to requests
  • Arranging logistics for international travel and processing expense reports; and
  • Organizing logistics for internal and external meetings and gathering necessary material
  • Advanced English, French and Arabic language skills
