1-  Book Reader

Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Job Objective:
The book readers have the responsibility of reading material submitted by Jamalon and giving feedback as to the merit and potential of the given reading material.

Detailed tasks and duties:
•Read & summarize books.
•identify the author’s purpose in writing the book
•Look for the main points the author is making.
•Write appealing, original and engaging content for SM channels.
•Monitors company online communities and presence.
•Implement social media strategy through posting content, engaging with our users on all social platforms.
•Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media 
•Work closely with other team members to make sure all marketing messages are aligned together.
•Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
 
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A love of literature and a background or education in Arabic or journalism can help when it comes to securing this type of role.
  • Bibliophilia is a must. 
  • Being an avid reader on your own time, with no Bias towards specific genre.
  • Degrees in Arabic, journalism and mass communications that focus on creative writing and critical reading skills
2-  Social Media Officer

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Job Objective: Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales

Detailed tasks and duties:
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. 
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. 
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. 
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. 
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. 
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. 
 
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Writing skills
  • Strategy planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • One (1) year previous experience as a marketing officer or related position
