About the Company

To Support our Production team in Jordan, we are looking to hire an industrial engineer at our facility located in Zarka free Zone.
Position Title: Process Engineer
Reporting to: Production Manager
Purpose of the Position:
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout. Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques.
- Follow up the production to meet the daily plan to Decrees the lean in the process.
- Support quality goals and objectives along with activities to identify, explain and resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Develop and execute plans for quality and control to ensure constant manufacturing continuity and product conformance.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Implement Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent error.
- Manage inspection activities along with supervise quality documents.
- Involve in internal audit for ISO: 9001 process audits of quality management systems.
Skills Required
1. Proficient in the use of multiple software applications that include Word, Excel, and others.
2. Have strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Excellent Attention to detail.
Skills Desired
1. Fluent/good verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Is optimistic and self-aware.
4. Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output.
Experience and Education
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Preferably: industrial Engineering.
2. One year experience in manufacturing environment, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Position Title: Senior Developer
Report to: Project Manager
Purpose of the Position :
ELREHA currently has several positions for experienced developers. These positions will involve working in a team of developers delivering software solutions built for ELREHA’s customers worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
• Developing software solutions for embedded and PC based systems
• Following software quality processes
• Working closely with the team to develop functional specifications
• Attending team meetings
Skills Required
• Exposure to some of the following:
• SDL2, Doxygen
• Yii Framework, SQL, Ajax, jQuery, XML
• FTDI Chip / FT800
• Linux
Skills Desired
• Fluent/good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with any of the following group of skills:
• C, C++
• C, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript
Experience and Education
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT or any related field
• Several years of working experience
