Public Relations Officer
Coordinating advertising, marketing and internal/external communications projects, physician relations projects, social media projects, media relations initiatives and special projects, as assigned.
Creates and maintains databases, pulls reports and uses the content management system for the Penn Medicine Princeton Health web site, writes and edits a wide range of marketing communications materials for print and electronic media, organizes special events, develops budgets, researches facts, prepares reports, checks facts, proofreads work, takes photos and/or arranges for photography, among other responsibilities.
Operates in complementary fashion with marketing and integrated marketing communications.
Responsible for the execution of all publicity campaigns and PR activities.
Dealing with enquiries from the public
organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
