Project Coordinator Scope of Work (3 months contract)
The project coordinator is expected to carry out the following:
· Working with Consultants recruited for the purpose, to support and assure the quality preparation of 4 training modules (on Embroidery, woodworks, mosaic, food production).
· Supervise the selection of participants according to a set criteria
· Manage the delivery of training courses offered to trainees on feasibility studies, business plans and entrepreneurship skills, marketing and sales.
· Manage the delivery of training courses offered to trainees on legal awareness raising – business, employment and human rights curriculum.
· Manage the delivery of training courses offered to trainees on interview skills, Networking skills, vocational training, product and personal presentation and capacity building on related aspects.
· Manage the delivery of training courses on Embroidery, woodworks, mosaic, food production)
· Report on the trainings to ARDD: narrative and financial
· Coordinate between the multi stakeholders involved in the project and keep all abreast of any developments.
Candidates interested in applying should:
· Have a university first degree in Business Administration or related topic,
· At least 3 years experience with NGOs, INGOs, or funded projects;
· Excellent English language skills (Writing);
· Willing to visit the location and field visits (within Amman) on regular basis;
