Mobile Application Developer SC6
Within delegated authority, the Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Discuss the client’s requirements and the proposed solution with colleagues.
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code.
- Write unit and User Interface (UI) tests to identify malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Design interfaces to improve user experience.
- Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality.
- Keep up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps.
- Use and adapt existing mobile applications.
- Share application development best practices with the Business Analysis team.
- Working closely with colleagues to constantly innovate application functionality and design.
