تعلن الشركة الدولية لأعمال خدمة التواصل  عمان - الأردن عن حاجتها الى :

IT Help Desk

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT/IS related or equivalent experience is desirable.
  2. 2 years related experience.
  3. A+ Certification is a strong plus.
  4. Direct face-to-face or telephone support experience preferred.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and SharePoint) or similar software.
  6. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.

Job Duties 
  1. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and equipment issues.
  3. Follow standard help desk procedures.
  4. Log all help desk interactions and submit a daily activity report to the Direct Manager.
  5. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  6. Installing and configuring computer systems.

Personal Skills
  1. Availability for on call and after hours work.
  2. Strong communication, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end users.
  4. An outspoken team player.
  5. Highly organized, analytical, and possesses abundant common sense.
  6. Ability to work under pressure.
