REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in Economics.
Mother Tongue: Arabic and fluency in English.
Driving license is mandatory.
Owning a personal car is an asset, as well as having working experience of more than 6 years especially in rural development.
Excellent skills in building relationships with local and international contacts.
Well-developed interpersonal and team skills, and proven ability to be flexible and sensitive in demanding situations.
Understanding of, and commitment to, gender equity, disability, youth employment.
Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
Main duty station will be in Amman with very frequent field visits (i.e. Karak, Jordan Valley)
