Hantec markets Limited Jordan are looking to recruit Business Development Executives for our

Job Description
- A front office outbound calls role working on the Business Development desk which entails selling margined products specifically FX, Bullion and Indices
- Identifying and attracting new clients by arranging meeting and explaining the benefits of financial products.
- Building your own book of client assets by converting your own leads as well as leads given to you
- Building and maintaining relationships with the company’s clients
- Working closely with the client on-boarding team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Proficiency written and spoken level: High in the following languages Arabic and English.
- A Business, Marketing and/or Finance qualification would be beneficial.
- Drive, hunger and personal ambition to deliver targets and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build a relationship with prospects.
- Verbal and written communication skills in order to engage with prospects in a consultative manner.
- A genuine interest in the financial markets, including having a good working knowledge of the financial markets and up to date with the latest financial events..
- Keen to learn and constantly improve with a strong work ethic combined with a positive attitude
