A Leading Pharmaceutical Companies in Amman announcing to fill the following position:
Position : Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Production.Functional Area : A Production Supervisor is the person directly responsible for Drug Product Operations, overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor in a manner that promotes career growth, productivity, teamwork, and staff retention.
Responsibilities include: : • Direct shift operations in accordance with the production schedule, GMP and safety regulations.
• Communicate clear and objective performance expectations, and provide timely performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Approve manufacturing production documents within target timelines to enable timely product lot release.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Facilities Services, Validation, Pharmaceutical Technical Operations and Pharmaceutical R&D to ensure operational success.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
Skills : Technical expertise with manufacturing equipment and processes, Strong technical problem solving, Leadership and team building skills, Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy
Experience : Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing:
• + 7 Years of relevant experience.
• + 2 years as a Supervisor Positions.
Languages : Excellent Arabic and English language skills (written and oral).
