Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the
patients/beneficiaries health conditions.Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnosis and prevention (helped by appropriate history taking, clinical examination, laboratory results and
exams available)Ensure a medical follow-up of quality and if necessary (and possible) refer to other health facilities.Treat chronic diseases with a particular focus on Hypertension,cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease (COPD and Asthma) and
diabetes. Ensure rational prescribing of medications according to MSF/MoH guidelines and assist in forecasting medical consumption.Assess the need for and coordinate referral to specialist care according to MSF/MoH guidelines, referral protocols and availability.Ensure comprehensive documentation in the patients' medical file, in a timely and accurate manner, of: diagnosis, lab exams, treatments, referrals and follow-up plan.Participate in data collection, analysis and reporting as required.Ensure briefings are given to MAM re numbers seen, problems encountered, emergency patients, referrals made, safety issues and any other relevant information.Salary: 1850 JODContract: Six month fixed term contract with the possibility of switching into an open ended contract based on the overall performance & operational

Providing nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients, according to doctors prescriptions, protocols applied in service and universal hygiene
standards/precautions, in order to ensure the quality and continuity of care for the targeted population.Know, promote, implement and follow at all times the universal hygiene standards/ pre-cautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensure high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment.Participate in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (carrying out inventories, carrying out stock takes of medicines and material, checking its quality and its functioning, storage conditions, doing follow-up of expired drugs, etc.)Carry-out and supervise administrative procedures and documents (fill in patients files, forms, consumptions, statistics, etc.), ensure an appropriate written/oral handover, and report any problematic situations and cases that may arise.Ensure daily briefings are given Nursing Team Supervisor, problems encountered, emergency patients, referrals made, safety issues and any other relevant information.Treat all patients in a compassionate manner, respecting medical ethics and medical confidentiality and in accordance with MSF Principles.Salary: 970 JODContract:

3- Pharmacy Technician - Irbid
الوصف الوظيفي
Supporting the drug supply management in the designated facilities under the supervision of the Mission Pharmacy Manager of the project and according to MSF health policies and protocols, in order to contribute in the guarantee of the proper management and distribution of drugs and medical devices.In cooperation with the Pharmacy Manager, assisting in the supervision, management and control of the medical stock in the project in order to avoid ruptures, losses and gross overstock of drugs and other supplies and overseeing and monitoring its storage condition.In cooperation with the Pharmacy Manager, assisting on a monthly basis with preparation and approval of order requests, ensuring they are completed in timely manner to prevent unnecessary orders in between.Following up on drug ruptures.Assisting Pharmacy Supervisor in preparing prescriptions and dispensing of medications of patient’s on a daily basis.Assist Pharmacy Supervisor in dispensing the drugs according to prescription, explanation to the patient about drug dosage, time of taking the drugs, adverse effects.Ensure up to date knowledge of MSF guidelines.Control access to the pharmacy premises and ensure that all doors are secured.Report any disappearance or sign of break-in without delay.Collaborates with rest of clinic partners to ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.Participate in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (carrying out inventories, carrying out stock takes of medicines and material, checking its quality and its functioning, storage conditions, doing follow-up of expired drugs, etc.).Salary: 970 JODContract: 6 month - Fixed term contract.
