Technology Specialist (swing shift position)

This position is a swing shift position, Monday through Friday with hours from 5:30pm to 2:00am Jordan time (subject to minor adjustment). The position is a Technology Specialist assisting a group of US companies that work with cutting edge technologies deployed in engineering and architectural projects. You will be working directly with the company owners in the US on daily basis. You will also have an opportunity to interact with clients in the US. Speaking and understanding English is critical for this position.Examples of tasks you will be working on:• Interacting with our clients to aid and support the services we provide to them.
• Completing administrative tasks for the company using the full suite of Microsoft Office.
• Processing engineering information using CAD software products (no prior skills required, training will be provided) supporting the services we provide at tapestrypartners.net.
• Processing engineering documents and creating hyperlinks, overlays, and analyzing changes between document (no prior skills required, training will be provided) supporting services we provide at planslive.com.Additional skills required are an aptitude in organization, processes, and quality assurance. TSL will add to the skills you bring and train you to be one of our technology specialists. A full-time position is acquired after a 90 day evaluation period. The initial portion of the evaluation period will be Sunday – Thursday from 8:30am – 5:00pm to be initially trained by our day shift management.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, action oriented, interpersonal skills and target driven.
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to details.
• Produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Adapting to changes of required skills.
• Adapting to company culture.
• 40 working hours per week, 5:30pm to 2:00am, Monday through Friday (30 minutes of Dinner break and two 15 minutes breaks).
• This position requires additional work days during weekends and holiday with overtime compensation.
Education and Experience
• Minimum Diploma Degree in any major• Fresh graduates.
