TERMS OF REFERENCE                     
Project Title: Supporting access to comprehensive rehabilitation services for women, men, boys and girls affected by                       the Syrian crisis in targeted host communities of Irbid and Mafraq governorates
Title of the Post:                 (Project service provider) /North governorate
 Duty Station:                       Amman, Mafraq, Irbid & Ramtha
Duration of Assignment: 4 months (with a possibility of extension)
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Act according to the policy and regulations of Humanity and inclusion
  • Develop the weekly list of names of beneficiaries who should be assessed by service providers and fill it on the database.
  • Check the beneficiaries identified for referral and liaise with the PO accordingly.
  • Identify the list of names of beneficiaries in need of Prosthetics and Orthotics (P&O) and liaise with the PO. 
  • Keep updated with issues related to the environment where HI operates and provides feedback to the Project officer
  • Liaising with the Project officer to carry out weekly planning and support volunteers to implement it.
  • Ensure that CBR workers keep contact with people who are refereed for services ensure that they receive the services
  • Monitor the program and encourage families of people with disabilities to implement home rehabilitation program through home visit.
  • Personally make spot home visits to people with disabilities to monitor the programs and encourage families of people with disabilities to implement home rehabilitation programme 
  • Keep records of all activities and provide data at the end of every week to the PO using the defined tools (Identification Tool and Master database).
  • follow the missing information in the database,
 Conditions related to services status
  • The service provider understands that under no circumstances this agreement is construed as an agreement of employment.
  • The service provider agrees that as a Handicap International service provider, he will not be a Handicap International employee.
  • The service provider understands that as a he will not be entitled to any employee benefits. In this respect, the service provider understands that Handicap International will not provide any accident or medical insurance and is therefore not responsible for any accident or medical expenses that may incur in the course of the services
  • The service provider is aware of the terms and conditions of this agreement and he is signing this Agreement of his own free will and without pressure or coercion.
  Remuneration:
  • Humanity and inclusion l will prepare a working sheet by the end of each month for the services that the service provider provides in accordance with the targets set by this Contract, fees for every day is 20 JOD.

  • Ability to work independently and to maintain flexibility in working hours.
  • Planning and Organising – Demonstrated effective organisational skills and ability to handle work in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively orally.
 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Education:
University degree in social sciences, public or business administration or other related area.
  • Work experience:
            At least 2 years of data entry experience,
  • Other skills:
           Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Internet) is essential.
