- The role of the Technical HR Officer Compensation and Benefits is to support implementation of NRC compensation and benefit programmes through timely documentation of required information, processing of benefits and ensuring that staff have the right communication and access to these benefits.Generic responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities- Prepare payroll in accordance to applicable guidelines and policies ensuring the payroll supporting documentations are timely prepared, approved, and appropriately filed.
- Reflect and update the employee allowances as per approved SOPs on monthly basis and maintain trackers for applicable allowances.
- Audit and check the contracts, timesheets and the monthly payments documents.
- Manage the archiving of the payroll documents ensuring that scanned copies are updated on a monthly basis to support retrieval for management use.
- Extract monthly reports for the social security department on monthly basis including updates on unpaid leaves, maternity cases, new employees, resigned employees etc.
- Ensuring updating of information on registration and the deregistration of staff into social security systems and export end of service letters.
- Ensure handling and follow up on work injuries cases including updating of supporting documentation for claims, tracking and reporting.
- Monitoring the performance of the health insurance contract including updating of enrolment, liaising with finance on prompt settlement of bills, discussing exceptional cases with management, and generation of other reports.
- Focal point with the health insurance provider on behalf of NRC and lead in provision of benefits sessions and responding to staff inquires.
- Conduct evaluation surveys on the services, give feedback to the service providers, develop and follow up on action points.
- Ensure follow up and timely reconciliation, payment and termination of benefits for all exited staff.

2- Technical HR Officer - Roving and Performance Management
- The role of the Technical HR Officer Support & Performance Management is to support implementation of NRC HR processes and in particular support managers to focus on robust performance management processes and related disciplinary cases are processed in a timely manner as per NRC and Jordanian Labour law.Generic responsibilities:
- Management of project staff.

Specific responsibilities- Provide roving HR support to NRC field sites on key Human resource processes in coordination with the Human Resource Manager.
- Act as the focal point for the program on performance management and the administration of complaint/grievance and disciplinary matters and processes.
- Coordinate investigation processes on alleged and reported cases of indiscipline or misconduct, including representing HR, forming of investigation committee, interviewing complainants and subject of complaints, and preparing reports to inform decision-making process.
- Advise management on the process of handling disciplinary cases and interpret policies and legal statutes regarding each particular case after weighing its merits/demerits.
- Present the findings and recommendations of the investigation to the Human Resource Manager for review and submission to management action.
- Prepare disciplinary letters once management actions for disciplinary matters are determined.
- Provide feedback to the concerned employees/managers about the progress made in conducting investigations and addressing the matter.
- Analyzing time taken to respond to and settle grievances/disciplinary with view of enhancing efficiency
- Maintain a status report with respect to disciplinary cases and decisions.

3- Technical Youth Coordinator - Amman
- The overall objective of the NRC Jordan Youth Programme is to strengthen the personal, social and economic resilience of young people, while employing a Do No Harm lens in terms of programme assessment and implementation. NRC provides access to structured learning and social engagement opportunities for Syrian and Jordanian youth. The programme works with various national and international partners to provide content and accreditation of learning. These include but are not limited to the Ministry of Labour (CAQA), International TVET accreditation partners, several Universities and private sector entities. The Technical Youth Coordinator is responsible for oversight of technical and quality aspects of the youth programme across camps and host community, including management of technical staff. The Technical Youth Coordinator will be responsible for research and development of new programme tools and corresponding training of programme staff. The role will also include support to the Youth Specialist throughout the strategy development and external programme representation.Generic responsibilities:

4- Finance Coordinator
