1- Partnerships Assistant
الوصف الوظيفي
-Monitor and develop analysis on the humanitarian as well as political developments in the sub-region, proactively identifying issues with potential impact on the operating environment for WFP’s
-Review regular sources of information and data required for the preparation of the various products, including key topics relating to current and potential WFP policies and programmes in the sub-region, with a particular focus on refugee return issues
-Contribute to the mapping of on-going/potential partnerships and coordination structures in the sub-region, including academia and private sector
-Provide regular “Syria+5” information and operational updates to management, including the impact of WFP different programmes and modalities, and support the preparation of specific presentations and packages, to advocate the work of WFP
-Conduct research, collate and analyze data, suggest ideas, and contribute to the preparation of clear and concise reports, strategy positions, talking points, and other key information products for internal and external use
-Assist in drafting of WFP and related sectoral inputs for the Regional 3RP planning and reporting documents
-Help represent WFP sub-region at inter-agency coordination meetings and events, at appropriate levels, ensuring data coverage and sharing
-Support the maintenance of Partnerships’ files, documents, and records, so that information is current and readily available. Undertake SRO’s standard data entry, namely SalesForce and Team
-Liaise with SRO counterparts within the sub-region to ensure the flow of information and alignment of products and activities; and
-Performs any other duties within her/his professional competence as required by management to support office objectives.

-First University Degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Law, or another field relevant to international development assistance.*Work experience:
-One year -at least- in international humanitarian experience. Previous internships in the related field is an asset.*Languages:
-Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
-Excellent written English skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to quickly collect, aggregate, and analyze data and communicate findings
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
-Self-motivation; and
-Demonstrated capacities in presentation software, including PowerPoint.

-Manage the full recruiting life-cycle across a variety of functional areas
-Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities.
-Articulate our employee value proposition, while enhancing visibility and reputation in key recruiting channels
-Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates
-Contribute to developing new and innovative ways to attract and recruit candidates from developing countries, especially female candidates
-Influence stakeholders to utilize technology to streamline processes
-Provide appropriate coaching and feedback to managers on job descriptions, written assessments and interview questions
-Participate and support in other Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad hoc projects
-Perform other duties as required

المهارات
*Education:-Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field or University Degree with additional years of experience*Language:-Fluency (level C) in English language. Fluency in Arabic beneficial. Intermediate knowledge (level B) of a second official UN language: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, and/or WFP’s working language, Portuguese desired*Experience:-Three to ten years of postgraduate professional experience in the field of Talent Acquisition. Experience working in an international environment, as part of a multicultural and diverse team highly desirable.
-Experience in sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find profiles. Demonstrated success developing and deploying creative, effective candidate pipeline development methodologies
-Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including: direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
-Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting. Experience with SAP recruitment platforms is highly desirable.
