Executive - Operations
Responsibilities
- Take part at weekly planning meetings, ensuring plant RM Stability.
- Monitor production plan and meeting the planned end dates.
- Monitor the Plan to Performance (PTP) progress, identify variations and evaluate root causes whilst taking necessary steps to ensure weekly PTP targets are met
- Check embellishment/ special requirements of the planned styles coordinate with embellishment teams to secure embellishment capacities
- Compile production rejects and plan for recuts.
- Check the monthly shipment schedule to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved, in the event there are any deviations look for possible shipment advances and coordinate with relevant parties
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards
- Assess resource requirements, provide information for the preparation of annual budgets and monitor/ control departmental expenditure ensuring it is in line with the budget
- Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor performance/ provide feedback
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluency in English & Arabic Languages is a must.
- A Degree from a reputed university in management or industrial engineering will be an added advantage.
- 2-4 Years of experience in the relevant field.
