1- Marketing & Admissions Manager

The International Community School (ICS), one of the longest established and most successful international non-proprietary schools in the Middle East, and the global home of #themonalisaeffect, is seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Marketing & Admissions Manager to join the school end of June or early July 2019.

Interested candidates should:    
  • Possess a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position (ideally, but not necessarily, in an international school setting);
  • Demonstrate broad and deep skills, knowledge and expertise in PR, and also in Marketing and Communications;
  • Be fluent in English and Arabic, both orally and in writing, and also adept in a wide range of software and technologies;
  • Evidence sophisticated interpersonal and networking skills, and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with multiple stakeholder groups;
  • Show an understanding of the needs and strengths of our unique brand within an increasingly competitive local and international marketplace;
  • Be able to lead the school’s Marketing and Admissions department with confidence, creativity and flair.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public relations or Communications. Master’s degree preferred.

2- Learning Support Assistant

The International Community School is inviting applications for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our school for August 2019.
 The International Community School (ICS) is a well established international school where we believe in adding value to every child.  The 55 nationalities represented in our school create a rich and diverse cultural atmosphere.  Pupils are taught from the age of 3 to 18 where learning is delivered by a highly motivated and largely British qualified staff.
The ICS follows a three term year modelled on the English National Curriculum which runs from September to July, leading to IGCSEs, GCSEs and A levels.
 Interested candidates should:

  • Hold a University degree in special education needs
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in working with special needs children for ages 3-11
  • Have an excellent command of English
  • Have a creative, dynamic and outgoing personality
