الوصف الوظيفي
-Leading many technical teams including software development, quality assurance and deployment, system engineering and mobile development
-Contribute to product implementation design and establishment of requirements
-Proper benchmarking and product roadmap based strategic technical choices and decisions on the used implemented technologies in the implementation of the solution pipeline including the third party solutions
-Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
-Oversee user testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed
-Work closely with project managers during all phases of development lifecycle
-Manage releases and development lifecycles focusing on the design and implementation of core components and business features.
-Review all work produced by development team and monitor the progress of projects
-Create a technical roadmap with clear and measurable delivery milestones,
-Identify new technologies and ensure that it used efficiently and securely
-Be involved with software lifecycle and delivery in addition to evaluate and implement new systems.

المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent. Master degree or above is a plus
-Minimum 12 years’ experience in relevant technical leadership role
-Strong knowledge in technological trends including research and analysis including:
-System engineering and DevOps
-Database design and management
-Web and mobile backend and frontend development
-Technical project management
-Software solution architecture design
-Manual and automated software quality assurance-Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
-Exceptional communication and reporting skills
-Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages
-Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
